Zu guter Letzt closes a series or draws a final conclusion — 'in the end' or 'last of all'. It has a slightly warmer, more narrative tone than schließlich and is common in storytelling, closing remarks, and colloquial summarising: Zu guter Letzt hat alles geklappt. The guter adds a sense of 'good result at last'.
